Otel ve restaurant sektöründe bulunan on bir şirketin finansal raporları, rasyo analizi ile incelenerek, pandemi öncesi şirket performanslarını yansıtan 2019 yılının sektör ortalamaları ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda şirketlerin incelenen rasyolarının tamamının COVID-19 pandemisinin sonuçlarından genel olarak negatif şekilde etkilendiği, ancak karlılık ve devir oranlarının en fazla etkilenen rasyolar olduğu ortaya çıkarılmıştır.This thesis analyses how COVID-19 affects the financial ratios of companies operating in the hotel and restaurant sector of Turkey. Financial reports of eleven companies operating in hotel and restaurant sector are investigated by using ratio analysis. Moreover, these ratios are compared with industry averages of 2019, which reflects pre-pandemic performance of companies. The results show that all ratios of companies are found to be affected negatively by COVID-19 pandemic in general.
