Its activities directly influence the trade volume of the region where the port is located, increase the investment in the region, and contribute to the overall economic development. There are many activities and decisions to be arranged and managed in a port. In this paper, one of the most important port management activities, Berth Allocation Problem, is studied in detail, to reduce congestion in the port. The contribution of the study is based on simultaneous allocation of continuous berths and mobile cranes.
