The proposed system aims to provide user-friendly guidance through a chatbot platform utilizing pretrained Large Language Models (LLMs) combined with a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) in order to deliver reliable answers with references to their direct sources. Whether someone wants to know about a certain procedure, or learn about health insurance coverage, the system is designed to make the process easier and more understandable for everyone. This supportive approach not only empowers individuals to take better care of their health, but also helps reduce the burden on healthcare providers.
