On the other hand, testamentary dispositions which are classified as formal and material can be described in this section as follows: testamentary dispositions take effect upon the death of the person making it. They are divided into two groups. These are formal testamentary dispositions and material testamentary dispositions. In this context, the former is to be understood as instruments used to make testamentary dispositions and the latter denotes the meaning and the purpose of a testamentary disposition. This thesis will focus on the annulment of testamentary dispositions.
