Batuhan Keskin graduated from Izmir University of Economics, department of Cinema and Digital Media. He earned his MA degree from Ege University, Department of Radio, Television and Cinema with a thesis titled "Minimalism in cinema and its reflections in the films of Nuri Bilge Ceylan".
Keskin has been working as a Research Assistant in the Cinema and Digital Media department at Izmir University of Economics since 2017. His current researches focus on visual culture, film and media studies, popular culture, audience and reception studies.
