Feray Yentür is graduated from Foreign Language Department of İzmir Girls' High School in 1997 and Dokuz Eylul University, Faculty of Business, Department of Tourism Management in 2002. She joined a student exchange programme between 2002-2004 and completed her internship at Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort, Golf Club & Spa in Florida, USA. She worked for various international tour operators and hotels such as Oger Tours, Groupe Marmara, Club Med and Hilton. She has completed her doctoral studies in 2022 at İzmir Katip Çelebi University where she also completed her master’s studies in 2015. Yentür's research interests include tourism management, marketing and guidance, and gastronomic tourism in particular. She has been teaching courses in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department in the field of restaurant, banquet, food & beverage management; gastronomy tourism and terminology for gastronomy.
