As far as Gokhan Kilic's university education is concerned, he has acquired two undergraduate degrees from Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul, one in Civil Engineering and the other in Computer Education and Instructional Technologies. Both degrees took four years to complete. After his undergraduate studies, he went on to undertake an MSc in Geotechnology and worked as a Research Assistant at the Yildiz Technical University. Then, having granted European Union scholarship, he went to University of Portsmouth, UK, where he obtained his second MSc is in Structure and Mechanics. He also worked as a project engineer at Black and Veatch in London. After his master degrees he has completed his PhD degree in Civil Engineering, at University of Greenwich, UK, under a scholarship.
