As a graduate of Architecture from Istanbul Technical University by the year 2006, Didem Yavuz Velipaşaoğlu held her master’s degree from Architectural Design Program of Istanbul Bilgi University in 2008, as a full scholarship student. As a Fulbright Scholar, Didem Yavuz Velipaşaoğlu held her PhD degree from the joint Urban Systems program at Rutgers University and New Jersey Institute of Technology, in 2018. She is the co-founder of MVDY Architects.
