Abstract
Upon completion of the case, the students will be able to: identify the potentials of olive oil tourism within the context of special interest tourism; describe olive oil tourism experiences and identify related tour activities which would meet the needs of tourists; assess how olive oil tourism could diversify tourism activities or products to position rural areas as destinations; and enhance their creativity, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking in developing olive oil tourism through a case study analysis. © 2025 selection and editorial matter, Aise Kim, Gürhan Aktaş and Metin Kozak.
