Abstract: Resuscitation is supportive intervention to whom breathing or blood circulation stopped. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is a method applied to cardiac arrest providing advanced cycle for living support (ACLS) which can continue ventilation with continuous chest compressions during emergency. This study presents more functional design alternative by utilizing mechanical properties of chest. Mathematical model is solved using Matlab-Simulink.
