Publisher: | Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc. | Abstract: | Ambulance workers face many risks arising from the nature of the service they provide. One of these risks is musculoskeletal injuries. Manual use of ambulance stretchers requires transporting seriously ill patients, which can cause occupational diseases for pre-hospital medical staff. The aim of this study is to develop mechanism that can be placed on an existing ambulance stretcher so that the stretcher can be lifted and lowered without the need for manpower. This apparatus uses a rechargeable system without disrupting the mechanism of the stretcher. © 2024 IEEE. | URI: | https://doi.org/10.1109/TIPTEKNO63488.2024.10755305 https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14365/5872 |
