Title: | Deviation of the Nasal Septum | Authors: | Evman, M.D. Eren, E. Rudenko, M. |
Publisher: | Springer International Publishing | Abstract: | A blocked nose is among the most frequent presenting complaints heard by ENT specialists. Deviation of the nasal septum is a commonly occurring anatomical region for nasal obstruction. Accordingly, septoplasty (i.e., operative remediation of the septum) is often undertaken, mainly to provide the patient with a better quality of life. It is, in fact, the number three most frequently undertaken surgical intervention to the head and neck in the USA [1]. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023. | URI: | https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-031-22483-6_119-1 https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14365/6195 |
