Duygu Saygın, completed her undergraduate studies in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics (English) from Yeditepe University. During and after her education; she worked in many health institutions, especially public hospitals and private hospitals. Following her undergraduate degree, she started her graduate studies in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Aydın Adnan Menderes University and simultaneously worked as a registered dietitian in a private clinic. Since 2019, she has been working at Izmir University of Economics, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. Duygu Saygın, who completed her master's degree in 2021 and continued her education with a doctorate; she continues to work on topics such as principles of nutrition , food service systems and menu planning, comunity nutrition, medical nutrition therapy in diseases and current dietary approaches.
