Biography
Mehmet Haldun Kaya Ortadoğu Teknik Üniversitesi, Eğitim Fakültesi, İngilizce Öğretmenliği bölümünden yüksek şeref derecesi ile mezun olmuştur. Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi, Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsü, Eğitim Programları ve Öğretim bölümünde yüksek lisans yaparak ‘Bilim Uzmanı’ ünvanını almıştır. Cambridge Üniversitesi İngilizce Öğretmenliği diplomasına da sahiptir (DELTA-Mükemmel derecesi). Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi, Bilgisayar ve Öğretim Teknolojileri Anabilim Dalı, Eğitim Teknolojisi bölümünde doktorasını tamamlamıştır. Öğretmen gelişimi ve İngilizce öğretiminde teknoloji kullanımı alanlarında ulusal ve uluslararası yayınları bulunmaktadır. Dr. M. Haldun Kaya Cambridge Üniversitesinden onaylı Öğretmen Eğitmeni olarak İEU Cambridge İngilizce Öğretmeni Yetiştirme Kursu’nda da görev yapmaktadır. Dr. M. Haldun Kaya 2002 yılından itibaren İEU’de hem İngilizce okutmanı hem de öğretmen eğitmeni olarak çalışmaktadır.

Mehmet Haldun Kaya graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Education, Foreign Language Education Department with a high honour degree. He was granted the degree of Master of Arts by Dokuz Eylül University, the Institute of Educational Sciences, Curriculum and Instruction Department. He also holds the Cambridge Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (DELTA with Distinction). He completed his PhD on ‘Educational Technology’ at Bahçeşehir University, the Institute of Educational Sciences, the Computer and Instructional Technologies Department. He has publications on teacher development and educational technologies in ELT. Dr. M. Haldun Kaya is also a University of Cambridge approved CELTA tutor. Dr. M. Haldun Kaya has been working at the IUE School of Foreign Languages both as an instructor and trainer since 2002.
