| gperson.biography | Lisans eğitimini 2017 yılında Tekirdağ Namık Kemal Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi Biyomedikal Mühendisliği’nde tamamladı. Yüksek lisans eğitimine Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi - Biyomedikal Teknolojiler programında halen devam etmekte olup çalışma alanı protein etkileşim tahmini üzerine derin öğrenme yaklaşımları geliştirmektir. İzmir Ekonomi Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi Biyomedikal Mühendisliği Bölümü’nde araştırma görevlisi olarak çalışmaktadır. *********************************************************************************************************************************** She received her Bachelor’s degree from the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Namık Kemal University in 2017. She is currently pursuing her M.Sc. degree at the Dokuz Eylül University The Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences in Biomedical Technologies, focusing on prediction of protein-protein interactions using deep learning approaches. | |
