| gperson.biography | Didem Hezarfen was born on June 3, 1998. She completed her undergraduate studies in International Relations at Ege University with honors and spent one academic year at Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania as part of her international education experience. She earned her Master’s degree in International Logistics Management with a full scholarship from Yaşar University in 2024. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Business Administration at İzmir University of Economics. Her research interests include sustainable supply chains, energy efficiency, institutional pressures, organizational transformation processes, and operational improvement models. With five years of professional experience in supply chain and logistics management, she now continues her academic career as a Research Assistant at İzmir University of Economics. She is proficient in English and has conversational-level proficiency in French. | |
