    Allee ve sığınak etkileri doğada gözlemlenebilen mekanizmalardır. Bu etkilerin popülasyon modellerine dahil edilmesi, daha fazla biyolojik sürecin hesaba katılmasına imkân verir ve modelin doğayı daha iyi temsil etmesini sağlar. Bu tezin temel amacı daha gerçekçi popülasyon modelleri oluşturmak ve bu modelleri analiz ederek popülasyonların gelecekteki davranışları hakkında bilgi edinmektir. Bu tezde, daha önceden çalışılmış konakçı-parazitoid ve av-avcı modellerine sığınak etkisi ve Allee etkisi eklenerek kesikli-zaman popülasyon modelleri oluşturulmuştur. Pozitif sabit noktaların varlığı gösterilmiş ve kararlılık analizleri yapılmıştır. Modellerin bazıları için global davranış incelenmiştir. Nümerik simülasyonlar ve dallanma diyagramları, sığınak ve Allee mekanizmalarının sistem üzerindeki etkisini doğrulamaktadır.

    Dynamical Behavior of a Cooperation Model With Allee Effect

    Mutualism is an interaction between two or more species, where species derive a mutual benefit. We study the model of M.R.S. Kulenovic and M. Nurkanovic [7] by adding one of the most best-understood mechanism of Allee effect to that system which is called mate-finding. In this paper, we interpret mate-limitation of Allee effect between mutualistic species from mathematical and ecological points of view and stability analysis of the new model.

    Stability Analysis of a Prey Refuge Predator-Prey Model With Allee Effects

    We constructed a discrete-time predator-prey model by adding prey refuge and Allee effects (predator saturation on prey and mate limitation on predator) to an earlier prey-predator model and examined its dynamics. We show the existence of positive fixed points and study the stability properties. The numerical simulations and bifurcation diagrams verify the impact of refuge and the Allee mechanism on the system.

    A Density Dependent Host-Parasitoid Model With Allee and Refuge Effects

    A discrete-time density dependent model is studied by Sophia et al. in [3]. In this paper, we use this model and try to develop it by adding Allee and Refuge effects. With Allee Effect the intraspecific cooperation, with Refuge Effect environment heterogeneity are taken into account. We make the stability analysis of the resulting models together with some numerical simulations.
