| gperson.biography | Kuzey İrlanda doğumlu illüstratör ve tasarımcı Angela Burns, 1999 yılında, Ulster Üniversitesi/ Belfast, Moda ve Tekstil Tasarımı bölümünden mezun olmuştur. Burns, Arts & Humanities Research Council ödülüne layık görülerek Southampton Üniversitesi, Winchester Sanat Okulu’nun (İngiltere) Moda ve Tekstil Tasarımı dalında Sanat Yüksek Lisansı yapma fırsatı bulmuştur. 2001 yılında, genişletilmiş değişim programı ile Hogeschool Voor de Kunsten (Utrecht/ Hollanda) ve the Institute Français de la Mode’dan (Paris/ Fransa) mezun olmuştur. Çeşitli ülkelerdeki hayat ve iş tecrübeleri, Burns’ün illüstrasyon, tekstil ve moda tasarımına yönelik yaratıcı projelerine büyük katkı sağlamıştır. ****************************************************************************************************************************************** Angela Burns is an illustrator and designer born and raised in Northern Ireland. She completed her Degree in Fashion and Textile Design at the University of Ulster, Belfast in 1999. She was granted an Arts & Humanities Research Council Award to pursue a European Master of Art in Fashion and Textile Design, at Winchester School of Art, England. She graduated in 2001 following extended exchange programmes to Hogeschool voor de kunsten in Utrecht, Holland, and the Institut Francais de la Mode, Paris. Her life and work experiences in various countries have influenced her numerous creative projects including illustration, textile and fashion design. | |
