| gperson.biography | Mehmet Akif GÜL, Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi’nde başladığı lisans öğrenimini 2011 yılında tamamladı. 2012 yılında başladığı Galatasaray Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Tezli Yüksek Lisans programını “New York Sözleşmesi Bağlamında Usûlî Tenfiz Engelleri” başlıklı tezini savunarak 2015 yılında tamamlayan GÜL, 2016 yılında başladığı Marmara Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Özel Hukuk Doktora programını 2021 yılında “Medenî Usûl Hukukunda Dava Değeri” başlıklı doktora tezini savunarak tamamladı. İngilizce ve Almanca bilmekte olup temel çalışma alanı medenî usûl ve icra - iflâs hukuku üzerinedir. *************************************************************************************************************************************** Mehmet Akif Gül completed his undergraduate education at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 2011. In 2015, he defended his thesis titled `Procedural Enforcement Barrriers in accordance with the New York Conventinon of 1958` and got his Master’s degree at Galatasaray University Institute of Social Sciences, which he started in 2012. In 2021, he completed his PhD program in Private Law at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences, which he started in 2016, by defending his doctoral thesis titled “Value in Dispute in Civil Procedure Law”. He speaks English and German and his main field of study is civil procedure and enforcement & bankruptcy law. | |
