Böbrek nakli alıcılarında anksiyete, depresyon ve seçilmiş özelliklerin cinsel işlev üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Başarılı böbrek nakli, son dönem böbrek yetmezliği olan hastalar için en etkili tedavidir. Bu araştırma, İzmir Acıbadem Kent Hastanesi'nde böbrek nakli olmuş hastalarda anksiyete, depresyon ve seçilmiş özelliklerin cinsel işlev üzerine etkisini saptamak amacıyla 29 mayıs- 28 haziran 2024 tarihleri arasında 101 hasta ile yapılmıştır. Veriler hastane anksiyet depresyon ölçeği, ilişki cinsellik ölçeği ve sosyodemografik klinik özellikler veri formu ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi için SPSS istatistik paket program kullanılmıştır. Çalışmamızda, Böbrek nakli alıcıların Cinsel Fonksiyon alt boyut puan ortalaması 2,91 ± 3,15 Cinsel İlişki Sıklığı alt boyut puan ortalaması 6,23 ± 1,84 Cinsel Korku alt boyut puan ortalaması 2,12 ± 1,70 ve İlişki ve Cinsellik Ölçeği toplam puan ortalaması 11,26 ± 5,55 olarak saptanmıştır. Çocuk sahibi olanların İlişki ve Cinsellik Ölçeği toplam puan ortalaması çocuk sahibi olmayanlara göre daha düşük olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sigara kullananların Cinsel Korku alt boyutu puanlarının sigara kullanmayanlara göre daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Böbrek nakli alıcı eş / partner yaşlarının Cinsel Fonksiyon alt boyutu puanını pozitif yönlü yordadığı ve varyansın %12,9'unu açıkladığı saptanmıştır. Böbrek nakli alıcılarının ve böbrek nakli alıcı eş / partner yaşları, arttıkça Cinsel Fonksiyon alt boyutu ve İlişki ve Cinsellik Ölçeği toplam puanının arttığı, anksiyete arttıkça cinsel fonksiyon ve İlişki ve Cinsellik Ölçeği toplam puanının arttığı, eğitim düzeyi arttıkça cinsel fonksiyon altı boyut puanın ve ilişki cinsellik ölçeği toplam puanının azaldığı saptanmıştır. Çocuk sahibi olanların cinsel fonksiyon altı boyut puanının, cinsel korku puanının ve ilişki ve cinsellik ölçeği toplam puanının azaldığı, gelir durumu iyi olanların cinsel ilişki sıklığı alt boyut puanının azaldığı bulunmuştur.

Successful kidney transplantation is the most effective treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease. This study was conducted with 101 patients between May 29 and June 28, 2024, in order to determine the effects of anxiety, depression, and selected characteristics on sexual function in patients who underwent kidney transplantation at Izmir Acıbadem City Hospital. Data were collected using the hospital anxiety depression scale, relationship sexuality scale, and sociodemographic clinical characteristics data form. SPSS statistical package program was used for data analysis. In our study, the mean score of the Sexual Function sub-dimension of kidney transplant recipients was 2.91 ± 3.15, the mean score of the Frequency of Sexual Intercourse sub-dimension was 6.23 ± 1.84, the mean score of the Sexual Fear sub-dimension was 2.12 ± 1.70, and the total mean score of the Relationship and Sexuality Scale was 11.26 ± 5.55. It was determined that the total mean score of the Relationship and Sexuality. It was found that smokers had higher Sexual Fear sub-dimension scores than non-smokers. It was found that the age of the kidney transplant recipient spouse/partner positively predicted the Sexual Function sub-dimension score and explained 12.9% of the variance. It was found that as the ages of kidney transplant recipients and kidney transplant recipient spouse/partner increased, the Sexual Function sub-dimension and the Relationship and Sexuality Scale total score increased, as anxiety increased, the sexual function and the Relationship and Sexuality Scale total score increased, and the sexual function sub-dimension score and the relationship sexuality scale total score decreased as the level of education increased.
