Abstract
This paper presents a unique remote security evaluation agent together with data structure and risk assessment methodology of the security evaluation protocol RSEP. RSEP was designed for test and evaluation of information systems over the Internet and open networks. Application of this novel protocol can be used by security and risk assessment facilities to risk management. IT owners can apply RSEP to ensure efficient proactive lifecycle protection. © 2008 Atilla Elçi.
