Çalışma, dünya perakende sektörünün,yazında incelenen artan internet kullanımı, yüksek teknolojik yeniliklerin sağladığı faydalarve zorlaşan yaşam koşullarının teşviki ile geleneksel mağaza bazlı perakendecilerdençevrimiçi kuruluşlar olması yönündeki gelişimini araştırmaktadır. Türkiye, işletmedentüketiciye elektronik ticaret konusunu daha iyi anlayabilmek amacı ile vaka analizi üzerindedetaylı bir çalışma yapılmıştır.
