Ts Iso 45001 İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemi ve Tehlikeli Sınıfta Bir Üretim Tesisinde Uygulama

Abstract

Dünyadaki teknolojik gelişimler ile birlikte çalışma hayatımızdaki değişimler birtakım tehlikelerin de ortaya çıkmasına sebep olmuştur. Bu tehlikelerin günlük yaşantımızı da etkilememesi için toplumlarda iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda çeşitli stratejiler ve politikalar belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. İş sağlığı ve güvenliği hakkında bilinçlenerek geliştirilen tüm bu strateji ve politikalar sayesinde sistemli devam edilebilirlik ve sürekli iyileştirme sağlanabilecektir. Bu sürekliliği sağlayabilmek içinde kalite yönetim sistemlerinin varlığına ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu kapsamda iş sağlığı ve güvenliği adına oluşturulan stratejiler ve politikalar göz önünde bulundurularak gerçekleştirilen çalışmalardan ve iş sağlığı ile iş güvenliği süreçlerinin yönetimi için oluşturulmuş kalite yönetim sistemlerinden en yüksek seviyede yarar sağlanması hedeflenmektedir. Araştırmanın sonucunda tehlikeli bir sınıfta bulunan üretim tesisinde, TS ISO 45001 standardı yöntemlerinin uygulanması için gerçekleştirilen basamaklar, bu basamaklar oluşturulurken dikkat edilmesi gereken özellikler, karşılaşılan problemler ve zorluklar standarda uygun uygulama sonunda işletmeye kazandıracağı faydaları ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır.

Along with technological developments in the world, changes in our working life and some applications have caused some dangers to emerge. In order for these dangers not to affect our daily lives, various strategies and policies should be determined in the society on occupational health and safety. Thanks to all these strategies and policies developed with awareness of occupational health and safety, systematic sustainability and continuous improvement will be achieved. In order to ensure this continuity, the existence of quality management systems is needed. In this context, it is aimed to provide the highest level of benefit from the studies carried out considering the strategies and policies created for occupational health and safety, and from the quality management systems established for the management of occupational health and safety processes. As a result of the research, it is aimed to reveal the steps carried out for the application of the TS ISO 45001 standard methods in the production facility located in a hazardous class, the features to be considered while creating these steps, the problems and difficulties encountered, the benefits that will be brought to the enterprise at the end of the application in accordance with the standard.
