Qfd Implementation in Cosmetic Sector

Abstract

Bu tez Kalite Fonksiyon Göçeriminin kozmetik sektöründeki kullanımınınuygunluğunu analiz etmek için yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, İzmir'deki kozmetiksektörü müşteri isteklerini bulmak için incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla bir anket yapıldı veveriler SPSS programı ile analiz edildi. Bu metodun kozmetik sektöründeki ortaölçekli firmalar için kolay olduğunu vurgulamaya çalıştımBu çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde İzmir'deki kozmetiksektörünün şu andaki durumu incelendi. Marketteki yoğun rekabeti ve bu rekabetinmarketteki sonuçlarını göstermeye çalıştım. İlk bölümde, kalite kavramını açıkladımKalite Fonksiyon Göçeriminin felsefesini anlamak için kalite kavramının boşlukolmadan açıklanması gerekli. İkinci bölümde, Toplam Kalite Yönetimi ve KaliteFonksiyon Göçerimi anlatıldı. Bu amaçla müşteri odaklı Toplam Kalite Yönetimimüşteri isteklerine göre tasarımın önemini anlamak için incelendi. ÜçüncüBölümde, Kalite Fonksiyon Göçerimi uygulaması yapıldı. Çalışmanın sonundagereken teknik özelliklerin değişmesi kararı için Kalite Fonksiyon Göçerimi kullanıldı.

This thesis was conducted to analyze the appropriateness of Quality FunctionDeployment implementations in Cosmetic sector. This study examines quality,products and service design concepts. In this study, the cosmetic sector in Izmirwas examined to find customer requirements. To this end an inquiry has been madeand data were analyzed by the help of SPSS software. I tried to emphasize theeasiness of this method for medium scale companies in cosmetic sector.This thesis consists of three parts. In introduction part, the present situation ofcosmetic sector in Izmir was examined. I tried to show intensive competition on themarket and results of this competition. In the first chapter, I tried to explain qualityconcept. In order to understand Quality Function Deployment philosophy, qualityconcept should be explained without a gap. In the second chapter, Total QualityManagement and Quality function deployment were explained. To this endcustomer oriented method, Total Quality Management concept was examined tounderstand important of design according to customer requirements. In the thirdchapter, Quality Function Deployment implementation was performed. End of thestudy Quality Function Deployment used to make a decision for required changeson design characteristics.
