Abstract

Online country given SPSS 24.0 package data was used and anova, frequency analysis, percentile, median, two independent samples t-test, and K-independent sample t-test were used. accepted with p<0.05. There is a positive linear relationship between the perception of authentic leadership and patient safety (B=0,542 p<0,001). A relationship was also found between the score of the prospective anxiety dimension, which is a sub-dimension of. The results show that nurses' perception of patient safety is associated with an effective management perception, and the importance of effective management in disasters such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
