Accident Analysis in Dangerous Goods Transportation in Azerbaijan

Abstract

Ülkemiz coğrafi konum, sanai ve ticari kapasite, üretim ve lojistik hizmetleri bakımından hem bölgede hem de dünyada önemli bir yerdir. Altyapı yatırımları ve coğrafi fırsatlar sayesinde karayolu taşımacılığı ülkemizde en çok kullanılan lojistik yöntemdir. Tehlikeli malların otoyollarda taşınması insanların, hayvanların ve çevrenin korunmasını gerektirir ve bu kurallara uyumu sağlamak için bir dizi kuralla uyumu gerektirir. Dünyada yükselen sanayileşme momentumu, tehlikeli madde kullanımını ve malların bir yerden bir yere taşınmasını da arttırdı. Dünyanın dört bir yanındaki birçok ülke tehlikeli malları deniz, kara, hava ve demiryolu gibi çeşitli ulaştırma modlarıyla taşıyor. Bu tez ile Azerbaycan'da lojistik sektörünün seviyesini, ülkemizde taşınan tehlikeli malları ve tehlikeli mal taşıma zamanı olan kazaları araştırmak amaçlanmaktadır.

Our country is an important place both in the region and in the world in terms of geographical location, industrial and commercial capacity, production and logistics services. Thanks to infrastructure investments and geographical opportunities, road transport is the most used logistics method in our country. Transport of dangerous goods on motorways requires the protection of people, animals and the environment and requires compliance with a set of rules to ensure compliance with these rules. The rising momentum of industrialization in the world has also increased the use of hazardous materials and the transfer of the goods from one place to another. Many countries around the world are transporting dangerous goods via various transport modes such as maritime, road, air and rail. With this thesis, it is aimed to investigate the level of logistics sector in Azerbaijan, the dangerous goods transported in our country and the accidents that have the time to transport dangerous goods.
