Böbrek Nakli Alıcılarında Sosyal Destek ve Seçilmiş Faktörlerin Yaşam Kalitesine Etkisinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma böbrek nakli alıcılarında sosyal destek ve seçilmiş faktörlerin yaşam kalitesine etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel tasarımda olup, örneklemi böbrek (n=200)nakli yapılmış toplam 200 alıcı oluşturmuştur. Veriler, Sosyodemografik ve Klinik Özellikler Formu, Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği ve Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında, yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ve hastaların dosya kayıtlarından faydalanılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde sayı, yüzde, ortalama ve çoklu regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmamızda böbrek nakli alıcılarında algılanan sosyal desteğin yaşam kalitesi özet mental sağlık durumunu pozitif yönde ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı bulunmuştur. (F=33,457; p<0,05) (Beta=0,383; p<0,001. Sosyo demografik özelliklerin yaşam kalitesi özet fiziksel sağlık durumu puanlarını yordadıkları, modelin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu (F=5,136; p<0,05) saptanmıştır. Yaş, özet fiziksel sağlık durumunu negatif yönde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı etkilerken (ß=-0,292, p=0.008), eğitim durumunun, negatif yönde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı (ß=-0,231, p=0.017) etkilediği bulunmuştur. Böbrek nakli sonrası erkek ile kadın arasında yaşam kalitesi açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık olmadığı görülmüştür. Erkek ile kadınlar arasında Algılanan Sosyal Destek açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Yaş ile yaşam kalitesi arasında negatif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Farklı yaş grupları arasında algılanan sosyal destek açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık olduğu saptanmıştır. Yaşam kalitesi ve sosyal destek arasında pozitif yönde bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır.

This study was conducted to examine the effects of social support and selected factors on quality of life in kidney transplant recipients. The study was of descriptive and cross-sectional design, and the sample consisted of a total of 200 kidney transplant recipients (n=200). Data were collected using the Sociodemographic and Clinical Characteristics Form, the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, and the Quality of Life Scale. In data collection, face-to-face interview method and patient file records were used. Number, percentage, mean and multiple regression analysis were used to evaluate the data. In our study, it was found that perceived social support predicted quality of life and summary mental health status in kidney transplant recipients positively and statistically significantly. (F=33.457; p<0.05) (Beta=0.383; p<0.001. Socio-demographic characteristics were found to predict quality of life summary physical health status scores, and the model was statistically significant (F=5.136; p<0.05). While age had a statistically significant negative effect on the summary physical health status (ß=-0.292, p=0.008), it was found that educational status had a statistically significant negative effect (ß=-0.231, p=0.017). There was no statistically significant difference between men and women in terms of quality of life after kidney transplantation. It was determined that there was no statistically significant difference between men and women in terms of Perceived Social Support. It has been observed that there is a negative relationship between age and quality of life. A statistically significant difference was found between different age groups in terms of Perceived Social Support. It has been determined that there is a positive relationship between quality of life and social support.
