Bir Gıda Üretim Tesisi İnşaatında Risk Değerlendirmesi Uygulaması

Abstract

İnşaat sektörü, iş kazalarının ve iş kazaları sonucu ölümlerin en çok yaşandığı sektörlerin başında gelmektedir. Bu nedenle, inşaat sektöründe yapılacak iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamaları ciddi önem arz etmektedir. İş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının en önemli aşamalarından biri risk değerlendirmesidir. Bu çalışmada, bir gıda üretim tesisi inşaatında, 5x5 L tipi risk değerlendirme karar matrisi yöntemi ile, risk değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Yüksekten düşme, düşen cisimler ile yaralanma ve elektrik çarpması gibi risklerin çok yüksek risk seviyesinde olduğu saptanmıştır. Risk puanlarının düşürülmesi için alınacak önlemler sıralanmıştır.

The construction sector is one of the leading sectors where occupational accidents and deaths occur the most. Therefore, occupational health and safety in the construction sectors are crucial. One of the significant applications of occupational health and safety is the risk assessment. In the method of this study, a risk assessment was made using a 5x5 L type risk assessment decision matrix in the construction of a food production facility. It was established that falling from height, injuries by falling objects and electric shocks are at a very high risk score level. As a result, the measures to be taken in order to reduce these risks and thus lower the risk scores are listed.
